Camp Lamoille
1/10
Elko County
A further description is coming. Much of this site burned a few years ago in the wildfire in the Ruby Mountains. To include the building in the photographs. The original foundation and fireplace were all that was saved. They have now turned it into an Ampitheater. My friend did the custom iron railing. He called and asked if I wanted to help him on the last leg of it (the handrail). I told him that I would do it for free, just to be able to say that I got to help preserve a piece of Nevada history like this. A shout out and thank you to the Elko Lions Club. They've done a great job in turning a disaster into something nice again.
