White Pine County

There's not a whole lot that I can find about this small mining camp. It was formed in 1923, based on work at the Kolcheck Mine. Only about 15 people lived here. By 1926, the camp was dead. A revival occurred in 1951 with gold and tungsten mined. The camp was completely done by the late 1950's.

Last Trip/ Road Conditions: May 2021. It's a typical, narrow, dirt, Nevada canyon road. It wasn't too bad, but it's not great either. I don't believe that I ever needed four-wheel drive.
